March 2026 Reading
KEVIN begins when Thomas, a forty-something gay man in New York City, bumps into an old college classmate. This collision brings Thomas back to his freshman year of college, when he and his group of friends were realizing their true selves, or creating the selves they thought could best succeed. As he looks back on that first semester, Thomas uncovers a violent night which altered his sense of authenticity forever. KEVIN is a funny, piercing, and deeply moving musical about the line between evolution and invention.
